Comicbook.com Interviews Bowen!

One of my greatest joys doing publicity for The Comic Shop was having the chance to do an interview with Matthew Aguilar at ComicBook, which is one of the definitive Websites for all things comic book related. When my publicist mentioned the opportunity, I couldn’t wait to text all of my friends and let them know. The journey has been a long one, and for an independent filmmaker you’re often stuck doing almost all of the publicity work yourself. I was fortunate to have Lori DeWaal helping as my publicist, but even still there’s no marketing budget, no cavalry, just your time, energy, and passion promoting something you believe deserves to be seen.
